Shipping Policy

The Paw Squad is currently shipping worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by shipping option chosen at check out. Postal Couriers set shipping costs, we do not. 

 Please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses can cause significant delays in delivery times. The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping their order due to incorrect shipping addresses. 

Processing times: Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship. 

Customs and Import Taxes:  Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes/fees that may apply. The Paw Squad is not responsible for and customs and import taxes and fees and delays due to customs. 

Cancellations: You can cancel your order if it has not shipped yet. The Paw Squad cannot accept or process cancellation requests after the order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel after your order has been shipped please follow our return policy. 



Please be sure to check our size charts and take measurements before you order. If (for any reason) you would like to return or exchange your product, please be sure to read and understand the requirements below.

We will only accept returns on items meeting the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must be returned within the 2 day return period. This period begins the moment your package is received. Please notify us within 2 days of your intent to return and provide us with a tracking number within 7 days. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the exchanged item. 
  • The item(s) must be in brand new condition. For us to restock the item we require that it is fur free, slobber free, and unwashed. 
  • The item must be undamaged. If the item was received damaged/defective, please follow the defect policy below. 
  • If exchanging an item, the 14 day processing period for The Paw Squad to ship out the exchanged item begins anew and pends when the customer pays the reship invoice.

Defective product procedure

We do our best to make sure our products leave our facility in perfect quality, but sometimes mistakes happen. If your product is received damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will be sure to make things right.
