The Paw Squad is currently shipping worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by shipping option chosen at check out. Please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses can cause significant delays in delivery times. The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping their order.
Our most affordable shipping option may not be available in your country due to Covid-19 restrictions. We're sorry for the inconvenience but really hope to provide you with affordable options soon.
Processing times: Please allow up to ten business days for your order to ship.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Please be sure to check our size charts and take measurements before you order. If (for any reason) you would like to return or exchange your product, please be sure to read and understand the requirements below.
We will only accept returns on items meeting the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be returned within the 14 day return period. This period begins the moment your package is received. Please notify us within 2 days of your intent to return and mail back your order within 7 days. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the exchanged item.
- The item(s) must be in brand new condition. For us to restock the item we require that it is fur free, slobber free, and unwashed.
- The item must be undamaged. If the item was received damaged/defective, please follow the defect policy below.
Returned products due to fitment or change of heart are the responsibility of the customer. The Paw Squad will not provide return shipping labels.

Defective product procedure
