EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Please be sure to check our size charts and take measurements before you order. If (for any reason) you would like to return or exchange your product, please be sure to read and understand the requirements below. We do not accept returns on anything personally engraved, apparel items (crewnecks, hoodies and t-shirts), and Bandanas. However, if you have issues with your order please feel free to reach out to us via email.
We will only accept returns on items meeting the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be returned within the 2 day return period. This period begins the moment your package is received. Please notify us within 2 days of your intent to return and provide us with a tracking number within 7 days. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the exchanged item.
- The item(s) must be in brand new condition. For us to restock the item we require that it is fur free, slobber free, and unwashed.
- The item must be undamaged. If the item was received damaged/defective, please follow the defect policy below.
- If exchanging an item, the 14 day processing period for The Paw Squad to ship out the exchanged item begins anew and pends when the customer pays the reship invoice.

Defective product procedure
We do our best to make sure our products leave our facility in perfect quality, but sometimes mistakes happen. If your product is received damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will be sure to make things right.
